<x-flowed>This relay has 9 terminals on it and the plastic housing is held in place with a long screw that goes through the housing. The long screw is surrounded by a tube which is folded over at each end, like a hollow rivet.
I can cut away material to expose one end of the tube and the plastic housing should be able to come off.
I'll take the whole thing out tomorrow and check it a bit closer and play with the housing.

I've managed to make some of the later ones work. Yours is the one with about a dozen terminals on it, isn't it? I'm not totally familiar with that one, but I THINK the plastic cover actually snaps on, even though there are some rivits holding other parts together.
