Maybe it appears in episode 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7; it does appear quite often - honestly! I guess you need to enjoy the whole situation to be able to wait for the car, which might need you to have lived through this strange stage in English history which saw council workers delivering redundnacy noticed by taxi.
