[T3] Rusted Rockers

<x-flowed>I have recently purchased this '67 squareback and was thinking of
replacing the rockers on it.  I'm curious if I can find some solid
replacements how much needs to be cut out to reconnect the heat
channel?  Is this to far gone?  Also an oddity in the front end, I
think I may read here that it was from an air-conditioner?  Here are
