What effect is leaving this only coating on the tank gonna have long term?
Will the gas eventually break down the coating?
I don't know, I'm only asking...I would feel more comfortable following
through with por-15's gas tank sealer as a final coat because that is what
is designed for and I would trust it more that just the metal ready
alone......you've gone thru all the effort to get this far, follow through
with the treatment as designed......once you carefully apply the sealer and
it dries, then I would worry no more about it!
just my opinion.
