Today I had to remove a snapped off bolt from a body section I was
installing on the Crate, I thought of the easy out but I got a set of those
"Screw removers" From Craftsman last year (Not necessarily a fan of
craftsman tools) They are to remove stripped Phillips heads screws by biting
into them as you reverse them out with a drill.

I drilled a hole in the middle of the bolt so give the bit something to bite
into and then heated the whole thing red hot, as soon as it was dark I got
the bit into it quickly and pressed hard while reversing it out with the
drill... Out it came!

This might be something to try with those stuck bleeders since they already
have a hole in them and if it doesn't work at least you don't have a broken
off easy out sticking out of your bleeder.
