[T3] 64 1500S Dizzy Cap

<x-flowed>Dave, the Bosch ZV/JCU 4R3 uses a different cap number to all the 
others.  It's not the same as the Beetle, Bus or other T3 caps.
It's Bosch short number is 03 002 while the rest use an  03 001.   This 
was a 1 year only (64) dizzy for the 1500S.

If you scroll through the rest of the Beetle Bus and T3 info, you'll see 
it's a unique number.

Russ has offered to loan me a late '65 vac-only Dizzy to try and see if 
it matches my 1600 single port  spec better.  It's got to be worth trying.

It's a Beetle and Bus part - fits the Type 3 distributors 64-68, even if the
distributor itself is not the same.
