My particuar peeve is seeing a giant white oil-burning smokescreen 
behind some late 80s/early 90s model Hyundai Excel or Dodge Caravan 
driving down the Long Island Expressway, or a thick black diesel 
smokescreen from a big rig. Sometimes it's so bad it's a wonder anyone 
can see behind them. I have no idea how people can get away with that 
stuff, but I see it often enough that either there's a lot of it 
happening, or people aren't getting caught.
