[T3] Whirring noise when clutch is depressed

63 Notch, basically stock

Since replacing my clutch disk, release bearing and return spring on the
cross shaft I sometimes get a whirring noise when I depress the clutch
fully.  It seems to happen only when warm.  Any thoughts?
