<x-flowed>It is a Type 3 part. It should go on top of the tin over the left side cylinders (where the coil was located in some years) to route the plug wires. There should be a threaded hole someplace on top of the tin.

Maybe I could remove the plastic clips from it and put them somewhere more useful.
