[T3] painting fan shrouds

<x-flowed>I am cleaning up my engine as part of a rebuild on mt type 3 engine in my 
dune buggy.  I want it to look nicer than it does not (all covered in oil 
and dirt).  I am getting the shrouds and tins sandblasted.  Can anyone 
suggest a primer and paint for the aluminum and the steel shroud parts?
