[T3] tandem bike into Squareback

I read a tandem bike e-mail list, and every week or two there are 
discussions about fitting tandems into late-model SUVs and minivans. 
This often involves removing various combinations of wheels, pedals, 
and the like.

I just *had* to see what I could do with the Squareback.  Success!

Well, ok, I cheated a *little* bit -- but I got the bike in there, 
totally assembled, with all of the car's doors and windows shut! :)
