If it's bent, then I'd remove both pushrods for that cylinder, or just install a good pushrod right away. If you remove them, disconnect the injector like Russ suggested. You can just reinstall the rockers without readjusting, as long as you don't mix up any of the pushrods. If you replace one, of course you'll have to readjust that rocker.
