[T3] Roof Racks

<x-flowed>Hi All -

Does anyone have experience with the factory installed (or maybe they 
were only dealer installed) roof-racks? I have one that I bought at a 
show and am wondering a few things before I mount it.
-Did they bolt into the inner roof cross-members?
-Did the fact that they had rubber touching the body cause it to rust 
there faster?
-And last but not least are they noisy?

Also a quick plug for anyone who has installed a rag-top to please 
email me.
