[T3] Front Window Frame & Scraper Install - AKA Breaking Silence

<x-flowed>Ok, being a newbie I have lots of questions to help break the silence.

I just recieved in the mail a pair of replacement front window frames & 
scrapers (outside), the top and verticle window felt channels.  So I'm 
curious to find out if anyone has any good suggestions on how to attack this 
process.  Especially how to go about adding these new frames/scrapers.

I'm pretty excited about having this setup...I'll finally be able to wash my 
car properly without water poring in the door.

On a second note, it rained pretty good on me yesterday and I noticed a 
small amount of water coming out behind the dash and landing in the front 
passenger foot area.  Any ideas?
