Congratulations on the heater repair. As for the water leak. Check the
fresh air box drain hoses, and around the bottom inside of the
windshield. 
If you suspect an area, and are not sure, I have heard of people
applying tempra artists paint to the area, and then the next time, you
can follow the track in the paint to the source.
