Taking a friend along in the back seat as the gauge observer works even better. 
He/she can watch it all the time, while you concentrate on putting the system 
to work.

That surprises me, as I've heard of Mercedes folks running these at 40 psi. 
(Not that it was a good idea, just that they'd done it and seemed to think that 
it worked fine.)

I'll have to look at the injectors and springs and think about this a bit. I 
don't think it's an easy problem, so I'd probably just have to do an empirical 
test.

Others have reported that a non stock cam was the one thing that seemed to keep 
them from getting this to work. Personally, I don't know. It seems like we 
should be able to get any of these options to work well, but the number of 
things to try verges on the infinite, so progress is slow, and success always 
seems just out of reach.
