This was a new cast crank in it... not counterweighted, but what did it was the fact that after the Amzoil went through and all the bearings got ground out I drove it for a year with it rumbling and knocking at each startup. You should have seen the amount of steel worn off the crank! I was really surprized it held togeather as long at it did. I dont know how much they took off it when it was bored before I got it, and it would need AT LEAST .020 more... probably more than that.
