You can pull the bushing with a I believe a 3/8-16 tap. Maybe it is a 7/16 tap. just slightly bigger than the ID of the bushing. Just start tapping, and when the tap hist bottom, keep going, and it will pull the bushing right out. For driving the bushing, find a long bolt that will just fit into the bushing, and screw a nut on just slightly less than the bushing depth.
