Sure hope that number was the right one. ;-) I checked again, and CR 99272 still looks right. Apparently instructions and the installation tool come with them. My guess is that you can leave the installation flange attached, but you should check for interference. You could leave it 1mm short of fully pressed home, but fully pressed home would give you 1 more mm of clearance if you need it.
