   Thank you for the reply and the links to your pictures.  I ASSume that 
the multiple elbows are to clear the fan housing?  If so, you probably saved 
me a lot of monkeying around figuring out the hard way that the fittings 
would not clear.

   I am planning to mount the filter up in front of the engine under the 
"rear seat" of the buggy.
