'67-8 used spade connectors for the D+ connections, both at the generator and the VR. Starting in '69 the D+ connection changed to a threaded connection at both ends and the DF connection at the generator end also changed to a threaded connection. Your photos show a normal OG '69-73 installation. -- Jim Adney jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, WI 53711-3054 USA ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
