There are a number of differences which make this a completely blind restart. I'm not saying that it won't work; it's just that you have no idea where you are once you start from here, so you'll still probably have to mess with the fuel pressure to try to get it to run well. Now that I've read more posts, Keith and Dave are right that the 1.8 L injectors are completely different. AFAIK, they are all L-Jetronic injectors, and they have different electrical connectors and are designed for different fuel ring pressures. This would make it even harder to make this work. -- ******************************* Jim Adney, jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, Wisconsin, USA ******************************* ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
