I got a set from CIP, they even include the fiber washer. When I did mine 
though, I just cut the seal, and installed the rubber, then re-glued the seal 
like Dave said. It worked ok for me, since I wasn't rebuilding the wing window 
(then I could justify drilling the rivit).
