The cause of the crack is not oil pressure, but rather stress from the head stud that seats there. The cure for this is to drill deeper and use a longer stud; this is called the "deep sink stud." There's no good way to fix this once it is cracked, however. You'll need a new case. If someone has a good complete engine that might also be an economical alternative. If you go this route you will need to swap all the FI parts off your old engine, to make sure everything works right with the FI parts that are on your car. What year is your car?
