Now that it is running again I'm going to go back to the cosmetics. I got a cheapo indoor/outdoor rug that I plan to cut up for the cargo area. It is basicaly a sheet of rubber like material with the ends of the fibers molden in. The rubber on the wheel bumps is shot and I figure that I would replace it with this as well. The problem is that they aren't flat and the rug is (duh). I actually took a heat gun to the rug to see if it is deformable and it isn't. I figure I'll just slit it and use what stretchyness it has to fit it. Has anyone done this or something similiar? Any advice?
