[T3] Parts questions: Dave and Matt's notch

<x-flowed>Hi All

Now that we have a working a chassis, a couple of questions have arisen.
The new chassis from a '68 has a dual brake system which is better than the original. Can I still get parts to rebuild the master cylinder?
We might need to buy transmission shift rod - any suggestions on a source. Our seems to have a small bend in it.
Where the shift cable comes through the pan it then goes through a bracket on the transmission. I was unable to pull the covered tube off the bracket on the transmission. Is this just a tight and corroded fit?
The wheel nuts are 12 mm. Does anyone know the thread pitch?

Thanks guys.

Dave
