If you want the most reliable system keep the points. They do need changing
every 15-20K or so but that is easy. the aftermarket Pertronix and such
have quality control issues, and many Fail in a couple years.

Also should I use original Bosch

I like the Bosch plugs... and just use standard copper core wires with the
original ends if you still have them.

I have a Bosch blue coil. Is that a good choice?

No, Junk! The original Black ones last forever and give more than adequate
spark.

Good idea, BUT, First off you need to install it when the whole engine is
apart. Secondly, it robs oil pressure. You still have plenty with a new
engine but there is a point when you may very well need to take it off so
that you will have adequate oil pressure with an older engine at an idle
when its fully warmed up.

I am hoping to at least get road worthy in

No, but use a Red seal... the black ones are junk.
