It sounds like the body on the injector has failed. I would not even attempt to drive the car until this problem is fixed. There is a BIG fire hazard. As for the dealer, all I can say is that they are IDIOTS, if they don't know the history of their cars. Someone here on the list may have some extra, or give you the Bosch part numbers. I think Bosch still has them availible. Do use genuine Bosch injectors.
