Mark, yes they are the same as a link pin bug (prior to 66 in the US). I
don't think the rubber is sold seperately though. You might try using a pipe
wrench (I don't know what they call it in England, stillson wrench maybe?) to
loosen the the sleeve from the mounting stud. I hope this helps.
