I'm not completely sure of the proper name, but I call it a roller pump (not the peristaltic type.) It has a spinning disk which has 6 slots in it. There is a roller in each slot and the rollers are thrown outward by the centrifugal force of the spinning. The rollers are confined by a body which has a slightly offset circular chamber. -- Jim Adney jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, WI 53711-3054 USA ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org
