You must have fixed something else, too, because the AAR has no effect unless 
you're idling. It certainly won't keep your highway speed down.

Ummmm.... I think that would be CW. Adjust it in small increments.

My bone stock AT 69 will easily do 90 on the flat, but it does take awhile to 
get there.
