Sorry to say this exhaust won't fit on a type3. There just isn't enough room
due to the cooling fan layout. You'll need a dedicated type3 header if this is
the route you want to go.

Type1 J-tubes are a little too short for use here too. They can be lengthened
to work, but it might be cheaper to just buy the correct parts.

So I guess the quick answer is, no it won't work. This is not a stupid
question, as most T-3 newbie's don't realize that there is that much of a difference
in parts like this. Asking questions is a very good thing to do, and will
help you get the necessary info you need before shelling out your hard earned
dollars on stuff you don't need.
