Hate to tell you the bad news, but NO, the T-1 header won't fit a T-3.
The head spacing is the same, but the T-3 has the added length of the
fan shroud. You might be better off selling yours on Ebay, and looking
for a T-3 header.
If you do remove the original muffler to install a header, don't throw
the small heat exchangers away. They are getting scarce, if you or
someone else wants to go back to stock exhaust.
