Parts and info are out there to do it, I'm not going to bother looking it all up. The gist of it is that the 'vair engine rotates "backwards" relative to the VW engine (and, in fact, most engines). So in addition to the engine sealing issues for T3 conversion/installation, there's also that to consider.
