the Bentley manual?
Thanks in advance for your advice.
Most replacement boots that I have seen lately, are the split style boots. they are the easiest to work with. You don't have to take the axle tubes parts to replace them. The non-split boot require that you go thru a lot of extra work. I have never seen anyone replace a boot that way. I have only seen the non split put on from the outer end by taking the bearing housing/shock mount off the outer end. I would not recommend even trying to use a non-split boot, unless you have the proper tools.
If Russ hasn't seen it done....maybe it can't be. <G>
