Try just opening a bleed valve on that wheel and seeing how freely the brake fluid drips out. Compare it with the other side. A bad hose will often show up as one where you get little or no dripping from the bad side. With a good system the fluid will drip out rather readily, but you have to be sure that the bleed valve itself is clear.
