[T3] Engine "handle"

I have just obtained an engine "handle", i.e., what on earlier cars was 
the engine mount.

Can someone please let me know with what kind of bolt it is attached?

From preliminary inspection, it seems the thread in the hole is 
stripped, which probably explains why my handle was missing in the first 
place. How would I go about fixing this?
