You worked on the engine, then you heard a noise -- it's logical to infer that the noise is the result of something you did. => It seems odd to me that when I take the fuel away from that => cylinder, that noise goes away, .... It's why I'm thinking valve adjustment or something simple. No need to get queasy yet.
