With the comment I gave him with the Paypal payment, I think he should
know that he will not get positive feedback from me.
It will be neutral and explaining why to other people.

I needed the speedometer, and I just hope that the odometer works. I
doubt if this guy would know. I normally would have contacted him ahead
of time, but when Greg posted it here, there was only like 5 minutes
left on the auction.
I notice that he didn't get any bids on the exhaust system. He doesn't
know how to list VW or T-3 parts.
I could use the exhaust system, but I would be scared to ask him what
shipping is on IT..... ;=)
