[T3] Front transmission mount

<x-flowed>OK, so crawling under my car...

It seems that the issue of whether I have the correct front 
transmission mount is moot, since the one I have there is split all the 
way down its rear side in a jagged crack, and  the transmission is 
offset from its correct position by about 3/16" taking a small, 
well-adhered part of the mount with it.

So I'm going to need a good new mount. (Keith, you still have one?)

I'm going to have to take it into the mechanic for this job. And I hope 
to do so this week or next, at least for a diagnosis, so the sooner I 
can find a good mount the better.

Also noticed some fresh oiliness on the transmission at the left side 
rear axle by the cv joint, and along the front  of the transmission.

Now I recently had new boots put on that left side, so I can put my 
mechanic over the coals for that, but no one has pulled the 
transmission out since I've had the car. I'll look to see how to check 
the tranmission oil level again. I recall there being some discussion 
about gear oil types years ago; whats the right kind and tricks to fill 
it (in case I need to). I suppose I shouldn't worry too much about this 
until I get the new mount in?
