The differences between the single port and dual port systems are in the linkage rods. Both the upper horizontal link and the lower vertical link are different between single and dual port systems. I have pictures and descriptions on my website (Boy do I really need to update it). It is the verticle rod that is different. It has a longer leg on the "L" at the top. I never thought that VW would do something like that, as that is a lot of stress at that 90 bend. I took some pictures of the 2 side by side and will get them up in my gallery as soon as my web site is back up.
