RE: [T3] Fuel Problem

This happened to me about 2 months ago. No whir of the 
FB at startup. So I crawled under the car and gave the FB
a few light knocks with a rubber hammer. It started right up.

This happened a total of 3 times after the car was sitting
at work all day. Has happened since. Still a mystery to me.

My type3 71 with fuel injection has been running fine for sometime. 
Today I went out to try and start her up and she wouldn't go, I removed 
the air cleaner and dump in a little gas and she runs for a bit and 
then dies. Obviously she runs if she gets the fuel. How do I 
troubleshoot the problem. What type of fuel pump is on these puppies, 
are they hard to come by? Is this my likely suspect?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
