All the doors here in the US had the trim panels held on by 2 screws, with 
covers like you described, plus a bunch of clips. Sorry, I'm missing some of my 
dark blue screw covers, too.

The "buttons" I was asking about were those on the other trim panels, not the 
doors. Are those screw covers, too, or just the heads of snap-in plastic 
retainers, or...?
