There might be a small problem with this. The gap above the outer edge of the 
piston at TDC is called the squish zone and it is important that this be rather 
tight (~.040".) If one side is much tighter than the other this would make a 
difference, so a lot depends on what the difference is in the combustion 
chambers that makes this one larger. You could also flycut this new head to try 
to match it to the old one.
