I do have a set of stationary >windows with new rubber and the trim pieces in place in the garage, Have you put both sets of windows next to each other to determine any differences in size? I realize that the pop outs have a frame around them, but they should be (with the frame) about the same size as the windows with out the frame or the rubbers. This would tell you whether or not you have the correct windows. Also did your "B" post have the slots for the pop out window "hinges"? It just seems odd that VW would change the size of the rear pop outs for a Notch body. I mean they were ending that body style in a couple of months, and they only did minor changes on that body style over the life span. I mean VW didn't change the size of the type3 sunroof through its entire production, why change the window size? I hope this helps and gets a few brains to start thinking.
