[T3] New Ball joints! ....?

Hi everyone,

I picked up a complete set of new Meyle Germany (Turkish production) ball joints 
for my '3.

There are no provisions for affixing a grease fitting to these! My Bentley informs me  
of a plastic plug in the center of the mounting boss for installation of a grease 
fitting, and the ones on my car have the fittings installed (well, 3 of them as I 
sheared one off with the steering knuckle whilst the tie rods were not installed).

Is it safe for me to conclude that these are pre lubricated, or is there another, 
entirely messier method for lubricating these?
