Hi again. Pretty non-essential question this time around. I've got a 70 Squareback with the factory air conditioning (non-working, seems to be the norm) and all the associated stuff under the dash. With all this extra stuff I thought it would be best to mount my stereo in the glovebox. I figure I'll have to make some kind of custom thing to hold it. That's what I did for the bug I had years ago. However, I think that was much easier as I could get to the back of the glovebox from the trunk, and I don't remember the angle between the bottom of the opening and the top being so extreme. I got to thinking, this seems like a common practice, so I'm wondering if anyone is aware of a source of a modified glovebox enclosure designed to hold a stereo. If not, I suppose if I come up with a good solution I might have something I could sell myself. Thanks for your time.
