	Hmmm... I dunno, Steven... I think that the problem is that 
the f.i. distributor body is very tall.  I really don't think you can 
remove the distributor easily with the clamp; you have to loosen the 
clamp's grip on the dizzy to get things to work out.  I suspect that 
your carbed dizzy is shorter, and you get more wiggle room with the 
geometry of everything... No?
