Well, the first that comes to mind, is what are you going to do about the
fronts? Are you going to use aftermarket discs? I'm only asking because 5 lugs
were all drums.

Yes, they will go on with out any changes as they use the same wheel
cylinders and shoes as the 4 lug. Even the axle spline lengths are the same. I hope
