[T3] Door Plastic Sheeting

<x-flowed>A while back there was some discussion of plastic sheeting
for door panels, inner/outer door skin. Was there ever a consensus
on the original configuration?

Bentley, 9.23, has an arrow pointing at the inner door as plastic sheet 
location. If so,
wouldn't it very difficult to get the plastic high enough up there? Also, 
wouldn't water
coming  in through the window channel, which is between the plastic and the 
door
panel, get the panel wet?
